论中药作用的"皮脉肉筋骨"靶位

摘要
基于《黄帝内经》五脏-五体理论,梳理中药作用"皮脉肉筋骨"靶位的理论来源.从"皮脉肉筋骨"靶位认识中药,是基于饮食水谷(五味)化生的"气津血液精"充养五脏和五体的原理,同时在象思维指导下对中药的一种新的认识思维.在象思维下将一些中药进行五体"皮脉肉筋骨"靶位划分.骨伤疾病、风湿疾病、皮肤病等疾病的病位在"皮脉肉筋骨",常用的中药也可根据"皮脉肉筋骨"靶位来分类,相关用药的经验也从临床证明了中药从五体"皮脉肉筋骨"角度认识的可行性和有效性,从而有助于完善并形成四性-五味-归经-五体为主线的中药药性理论,进而为现代中药药性和中药复方疗效的实验研究提供借鉴思路.
Abstract
Based on the five Zang-five bodies theory in Huangdi Neijing,this paper summarizes the theoretical source of the'skin-vessel-muscle-tendon-bone'level of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine.Understanding traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of'skin-vessel-muscle-tendon-bone'is based on the principle of nourishing the five Zang and the five bodies based on the metaplasia of food,water and grains(five flavors).At the same time,a new understanding of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of Xiang thinking.Under the image thinking,some Chinese medicines are divided into five levels of'skin-vessel-muscle-tendon-bone'.Bone injury,rheumatism,skin diseases and other diseases are located in the'skin-vessel-muscle-tendon-bone'.Commonly used Chinese medicine can also be classified according to the level of'skin-vessel-muscle-tendon-bone'.The feasibility and effectiveness of understanding from the perspective of'skin-vessel-muscle-tendon-bone'will help to improve and form the theory of traditional Chinese medicine's medicinal properties based on the four natures-five flavors-meridians-five bodies,and then provide ideas for the experimental research on the medicinal properties of modern traditional Chinese medicine and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compounds.
