《黄帝内经》"五脏风"论治发微

摘要
《黄帝内经》首次提出"五脏风"论,认为五脏皆可因风邪入侵致病,对应四时受病形成"肝风""心风""脾风""肺风""肾风"."五脏风"同为风邪,具有共同致病特点,又合于四时五脏表现各异,故可据"五脏风"理论遣方用药分治风病,循生克之理,联五脏之机,指导相应论治及调护之法.文章从"五脏风"理论出发,结合四季气候变化、阴阳五行、气血经络及后世医家研究理论,探寻五脏风病因病机及发展渊源."五脏风"理论既可应用于五脏之风单独论治,又可以整体观念指导多脏联合治疗风病;"五脏风"理论还可应用于日常生活起居、饮食调护,达到强身健体、预防疾病的效果.
Abstract
Huangdi Neijing first put forward the theory of'five zang wind',and that the five zang can be caused by the invasion of wind evil,corresponding to the four seasons of disease to form'liver wind''heart wind''spleen wind''lung wind'and'kidney wind'.'Five zang wind'is the same as wind evil,with common pathogenic characteristics,but also in the four seasons and the five zang behave differently,so we can use according to the'five zang wind'theory of prescription and medication treatment of wind disease,according to the theory of shengke,associated with the five zang of the mechanism,to guide the corresponding treatment and regulation of the method.This article starts from the theory of'five zang wind',combines the four seasons climate change,yin and yang,five elements,qi and blood meridians and later generations of medical research theories to explore the etiology and development of the five zang wind;from the five zang wind theory to the joint theory of treatment,combined with pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for the'five zang wind.The theory of'five zang wind'can be applied to the treatment of five zang wind disease alone,and can also guide the treatment of five zang wind disease by multi-zang combined with the whole concept.The theory of'five zang wind'can also be applied to the daily life,diet and care to achieve the effect of strengthening the body and preventing diseases.
