基于《黄帝内经》"浊阴"理论探讨干燥综合征肾损害的病机与证治

摘要
干燥综合征肾损害(R1SS)是原发性干燥综合征中晚期常见的并发症之一,临床上治疗颇为棘手.结合本病发病机制及病理特点,在中医理论指导下,笔者基于《黄帝内经》"浊阴"理论,探讨RISS的核心病机为浊阴不调,包括浊阴不降、浊阴不化、浊阴不通,并确立本病的治则为降浊阴、化浊阴及通浊阴,以期对本病的防治提供一定的新思路和新方法.
Abstract
Renal involvement in primary Sjögren's syndrome(RISS)is one of the common complications in the middle and late stage of primary Sjögren's syndrome and its treatment is quite difficult in clinical practice.Combined with the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of the disease,under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,based on the theory of'turbid yin'in Huangdi Neijing,this paper tries to discuss that the core pathogenesis of RISS is turbid yin disorder,including turbid yin failing to fall,failing to transform and failing to pass.The treatment principle of the disease to lower,transform,and unblock turbid yin is established,hoping to provide some new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
