基于"三因制宜"探讨银屑病的中医药防治

摘要
银屑病病程长、易复发,与遗传、体质、情志、季节、外感、地域等均有一定关系."三因制宜"即因时、因地、因人制宜,彰显中医个体化诊疗,体现中医实践个体化特点,是中医基础理论的重要组成部分.笔者根据"三因制宜"理论,从"时令论""地域论""体质论"3个角度开展研究,分析银屑病中医药防治的理论根据,为临床诊治提供思路.
Abstract
Psoriasis has a long course of disease and is easy to recur,which is related to heredity,constitution,emotion,season,exogenous infection and region.The principle of'adjusting measures according to time,place and people'is an important part of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which highlights the individualized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and embodies the individualized characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine practice.According to the theory of'adjusting conditions according to three factors',the author conducts research from three perspectives of'seasonal theory','regional theory'and'constitutional theory',analyzes the theoretical basis of TCM prevention and treatment of psoriasis,and provides ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
