摘要
如何把握气血阴阳升降的趋势是辨证论治的思维本质.中医"天人相应"理论初步揭示了时令与人体气血阴阳相呼应的关系,文章从十二月建的时令节气、五行术数、六经阴阳的本源角度,探索各时令对应的主象病机及治法,并以此用于指导中医临床辨证用药及方剂筛选比较.本研究是对中医时间医学思维模型的发展和重塑,是中医时空辨证领域的创新,在一定程度上弥补了运气学说的不足.
Abstract
How to grasp the rising and falling trend of qi,blood,yin and yang is the essence of thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The theory of'correspondence between human body and natural environment'in traditional Chinese medicine preliminarily reveals the relationship between seasons and qi,blood,yin and yang of human.This paper explores the corresponding pathogenesis and treatment related to each earthly-branch from the perspective of the origin of the seasonal solar terms of the twelve earthly-branches,the five elements,and the yin and yang of the six meridians,which is used to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and the screening and comparison of prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine.This research is the development and reconstruction of the heavenly sterns and earthly branches-time medicine thinking model of traditional Chinese medicine.It is an innovation in the field of time-space syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,and makes up for the deficiency of the doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors to a certain extent.
