Pharmacodynamic effects of siegesbeckia water elution site on mice infected with human corona virus hCoV-229E
Objective:To observe the anti human corona virus hCoV-229E effect in vivo after intragastric administration with delayed administration of siegesbeckia water elution site(SWES).Methods:Taking BALB/c mice as the research object, which were randomly divided into control group, model control group,Lianhua Qingwen Capsule group, adol group and SWES group. After cyclophosphamide was injected intraperitoneally into each group for immunosuppression, the control group was injected with 0.9%sodium chloride injection, and the other groups were injected with the same volume of hCoV-229E coronavirus solution through the nose for respiratory tract infection.Twenty-four hours after infection for 7 d.The weight of mice was detected, and IL-1 β,IL-6,TNF-α in lungs was detected by ELISA.The virus titer in lung tissue was detected by chicken agglutination inhibition test, and the lung tissue was examined pathologically. Results:Compared with the model control group,SWES(0.24g/kg)can significantly inhibit hCoV-229E infection mice weight loss(P<0.01),significantly reduce the content of inflammatory factors in infected lungs(P<0.05),reduce the coagulation titer of hCoV-229E virus in infected lungs(P<0.05),and significantly alleviate and reduce the pathological changes of lung tissue after coronavirus infection. Conclusion:SWES has obvious anti coronavirus(hCoV-229E)in vivo efficacy by adopting the delayed administration formula, which is equivalent to the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen capsule.
