基于《周易》象思维辨析泻心汤类方治疗胃癌前病变新解

胃癌前病变(PLGC)是正常胃黏膜向胃癌转变的一个关键环节,随着现代人们饮食结构、生活环境、作息规律的改变以及工作和心理压力的增大,其发病率逐年增高,且有年轻化趋势.而该疾病从中医角度辨其疾病病机、症状及所处中间阶段,均可归为中医的痞症,运用泻心汤及其类方治疗.《周易》是象思维的主要载体,八卦是《周易》的核心.通过《周易》将卦象与象思维合二为一,并对泻心汤及其类方的分析,可使临床对PLGC的辨证和处方思路形象化、系统化、简单化.现基于郑玉玲教授临床遣方用药经验,将PLGC的临床特点与《周易》象思维有机结合,通过泰卦、痞卦、晋卦、未济卦、比卦探析该病的病因病机与临证处方思路,以期为临床治疗PLGC提供新解.
Differentiation and analysis of Xiexin decoctions in treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer based on Zhou Yi image thinking
Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)is a key link in the transition from normal gastric mucosa to gastric cancer.With the change of modern people's diet structure,living environment,work and rest rules,as well as the increase of work and psychological pressure,the incidence of PLGC is increasing year by year,and there is a trend of youth.The pathogenesis,symptoms,and intermediate stages of the disease can be classified as ruffian disease of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from the perspective of TCM,Xiexin Decoction and its related prescriptions are used for treatment.Zhou Yi is the main carrier of image thinking,eight trigrams are the core of Zhou Yi.The combination of divinatory symbols and image thinking in Zhou Yi and the analysis of Xiexin Decoction and its related prescriptions can make the clinical differentiation of PLGC and the formulation thinking visualized,systematized and simplified.Now,based on professor ZHENG Yuling's experience in clinical prescription,we will organically combine the clinical characteristics of PLGC with ZhouYi image thinking,and explore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the clinical prescription ideas through Tai Gua,Pi Gua,Jin Gua,Wei Ji Gua and Bi Gua,in order to provide a new solution for clinical treatment of PLGC.
