摘要
阐述名老中医姚五达多年临床经验总结的"轻可投实"法的学术思想特色,强调"轻可投实"法的运用重在"把握关键、拨动枢机",不仅运用质地轻清之药疏散外邪,更运用轻量药物除顽疾,主张间断用药可持续药效.王晨为姚五达学术思想继承人,在继承姚五达学术思想的同时,对"轻可投实"法内涵进行了更深入解析,多年临床经验深入并发展了"轻可投实"法的运用,强调抓住每一脏腑的核心生理功能,把握疾病的核心病机,引经求本,不离阴阳和合之道.
Abstract
This paper expounds the academic thought characteristics of the'light treats excess'method summarized by the clinical experience for many years of the late old Chinese medicine doctor YAO Wuda,emphasizing that the application of'light treats excess'method focuses on'grasping the key and pushing the cardinal',not only using light and clear drugs to disperse external evil,but also using light and lightweight drugs to eliminate persistent diseases,advocating continuous medication and sustainable efficacy.WANG Chen is the inheritor of YAO's academic thought.At the same time of inheriting YAO Wuda's academic thought,the connotation of the'light treats excess'method has been analyzed more deeply,and many years of clinical experience has deepened and developed the application of the'light treats excess'method,emphasizing the core physiological function of each zang fu organ,grasping the core pathogenesis of the disease,referring to the root,and sticking to the way of yin-yang harmony.
