摘要
眼科疾病具有病因繁多、病机复杂、病程缠绵的特点,严重影响患者的生活质量.药对是通过将两味药物共同搭配从而增强疗效或者减轻不良反应的配伍方式.彭清华教授经多年临证,根据五轮学说,认为眼科疾病以"风、热(火)、痰(湿)、瘀(络)、虚"为核心病机,辨病与辨证相结合,总结出多组药对,标本兼顾,效专力宏,具备研究价值,以供同道参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Ophthalmic diseases are characterized by many causes,complicated pathogenesis and lingering course,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Based on the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,couplet medicines are compatible way to enhance efficacy or reduce toxic and side effects by combining two kinds of drugs.After many years of clinical experience,according to the Five Lun Theory,professor PENG Qinghua believes that ophthalmic diseases take'wind,heat(fire),phlegm(dampness),blood stasis(collagals)and deficiency'as the key pathogenesis.Combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,he has summarized multiple groups of couplet medicines,treated both manifestation and root cause of disease,the efficacy is macro,which will have research value.This is meant to provide reference for fellow doctors.
