从"虚、毒、痰、瘀"论治中枢神经系统白血病

中枢神经系统白血病常导致白血病复发,且预后较差.文章在中医基础理论的指导下,通过对中枢神经系统白血病的危险因素及病理生理进行总结."虚"是起病之本,"毒"是致病之因,"痰"和"瘀"则是在本病在发生发展中产生并促进病情进一步加重的病理因素.根据本病本虚表实的特征,并针对"虚、毒、痰、瘀"等病理因素,文章提出"健脾补肾、清解邪毒、涤痰化浊、活血化瘀"治法,同时要依据疾病的阶段化裁选方,为中枢神经系统白血病的中医治疗提供新的思路.
On the treatment of central nervous system leukemia from the perspective of'deficiency,toxin,phlegm and stasis'
Central nervous system leukemia(CNSL)often leads to leukemia recurrence and poor prognosis.This article summarized the risk factors and pathophysiology of CNSL under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory.'Deficiency'is the root cause of the disease,'toxins'contribute to its pathogenesis,while'phlegm'and'stasis'are pathological factors that exacerbate the condition during its development.Based on the characteristic of root vacuity and tip repletion in this disease,and targeting the pathological factors of'deficiency,toxins,phlegm and stasis',this article proposed the treatment principles of'strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney,clearing pathogenic toxins,eliminating phlegm and turbidity,and promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis',and need select appropriate treatments based on the stage of the disease.It provides a new approach for TCM treatment of CNSL.
