张士卿基于"热瘀损络"论治小儿过敏性紫癜经验

小儿过敏性紫癜因机繁杂,迁延难愈,呈现出"脉络受损"的病证特点.张士卿教授结合五十余年临床经验,认为过敏性紫癜病位在脉络,临证时紧扣热、瘀损络的核心病机,确立"清热凉血,化瘀通络"的基本治法,创制出经验方"四草消斑汤"运用于临床,若化裁得当,疗效颇佳.文章整理了张教授从中医学络病之脉络-血管系统病视角,基于"热瘀损络"论治小儿过敏性紫癜的思路及经验,以期为同道提供临床参考和借鉴.
ZHANG Shiqing's experience in treating pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura based on'heat stasis damage the collateral'
The etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)are complex and the disease is easy to re-emerge and difficult to recover,it presents with the disease characteristics of'venation damage'.Professor ZHANG Shiqing believes that the HSP is located in the venation based on his over fifty years of clinical experience.In clinical practice,core pathogenesis of venation injury is caused by heat evil and blood stasis.He has stablished the basic treatment of'clearing away heat and cooling blood,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals',and has created the empirical prescription'Sicao Xiaoban Decoction'and has been used in clinical practice.If the addition and subtraction are appropriate,the effect is quite good.This article summarizes professor ZHANG's thoughts and experience in the treatment of children with HSP based on'heat stasis damage the collateral'from the perspective of veno-vascular system disease of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide clinical reference and reference for colleagues.
