病证结合论治桥本甲状腺炎经验

摘要
桥本甲状腺炎是一种常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病.夏仲元教授治疗该病有丰富的临床经验,在治疗中强调脾在该病中的重要角色,提倡从脾论治;以扶正消瘿为大法,参考患者的病因与证型等因素,针对桥本甲状腺炎的不同兼夹证候,再以健脾疏肝、健脾补肾、健脾养心等方法灵活辨证论治;根据患者的甲状腺功能水平分期以及证型,在治疗中强调分期论治,并在本病的不同阶段侧重有所不同.
Abstract
Hashimoto thyroiditis is a common autoimmune thyroid disease.Professor XIA Zhongyuan has rich clinical experience in treating Hashimoto thyroiditis,emphasizing the important role of spleen in the treatment and advocating the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis from spleen.Taking strengthening the body resistance and eliminating malnutrition as the main method,referring to the factors such as the etiology and syndrome types of patients,aiming at the different syndromes of HT,and then using the methods of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen and nourishing the heart to treat it flexibly;According to the staging and syndrome types of patients'thyroid function,treatment by stages is emphasized in the treatment,with different emphasis in different stages of the disease.
