海派朱氏妇科安胎经验探析

摘要
海派朱氏妇科第三代传人朱南孙老先生对胎漏、胎动不安有丰富的治疗经验,认为本病的病因病机以气血不足.冲任不固为主,治疗以补肾益气、止血安胎为基本原则,顾护冲任,分经论治,对胎漏的治疗有"通、涩、清、补"止血的用药特色,同时注重调畅情志、未病先防的安胎治疗学术思想.文章旨在为临床治疗胎漏、胎动不安提供参考.
Abstract
ZHU Nansun,the third generation of inheritance of ZHUs'gynecology,who has rich experience in treating fetal leakage and fetal restlessness.She believes that the main causes and pathogenesis of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine are insufficient qi and blood,as well as unstable Chong and Ren.The basic principle of treatment is to tonify the kidney,replenish qi,stop bleeding,and prevent miscarriage.Taking into account both Chong and Ren,dividing the meridians for treatment,the treatment of fetal leakage has the characteristics of'tong,se,qing,bu'to stop bleeding.At the same time,she pays attention to the academic idea of regulating emotions and preventing miscarriage before illness.This article aims to provide reference for the clinical treatment of fetal leakage and fetal restlessness.
