摘要
文章介绍了黄金昶教授临床对乳腺癌的辨证与治疗经验.黄教授指出乳腺癌病机为肝血耗伤、肝郁脾虚、痰瘀毒结;辨证时应注重整体和局部辨证相结合,利用病灶部位及转移癌部位、免疫组化等辨证;该病治疗手段多样,应多管齐下,内服中药宜养血疏肝、健脾通络散结,中医外治可干预肿瘤微环境以抑瘤,同时要注重心理调节.总结黄教授对乳腺癌的辨治思路对临床治疗本病具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
This article introduces professor HUANG Jinchang's clinical experience in treating breast cancer based on syndrome differentiation.Professor HUANG pointed out that the pathogenesis of breast cancer is liver blood deficiency,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and phlegm and blood stasis.It should pay attention to the combination of overall syndrome differentiation and local syndrome differentiation,and use the lesion location,cancer metastasis site,immunohistochemistry,etc.in syndrome differentiation.The treatment methods are diverse and multi-pronged:Herbal treatment should nourish the blood,soothe the liver,strengthen the spleen,regulate menstruation,and disperse stagnation.External treatment with traditional Chinese medicine intervenes in the tumor microenvironment and inhibits tumors;at the same time,psychological adjustment should be focused on.To summarize professor HUANG's experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast cancer has certain reference significance for the clinical treatment of this disease.
