基于邪伏膜原理论探讨伏温疫之防治

摘要
我国古代在应对疫病的过程中形成了诸多理论,积累了许多行之有效的方法.文章拟以新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)为契机,通过观察分析感染人体后的症状表现,拟用"伏温疫"这一病名概括这一类具有潜伏性、传染性且具有热毒性的疫病,并基于邪伏膜原的基本理论,通过阐述伏温疫的发病过程及病机,进一步探讨伏温疫的预防及治疗方法.文章论述了温邪起病本与六淫物候无关,提出注重温疫的首末两端诊治,以未病远疫、邪伏膜原和邪留膜原3个方面论述避、溃、搜三法,丰富了疫病防治的理论内容,更为后世医家在防治此类疫病的过程中提供些许经验.
Abstract
In ancient China,many theories were formed and many effective methods were accumulated in the process of dealing with the epidemic.This article intends to take the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)as an opportunity to observe and analyze the symptoms after infection.It is proposed to use the disease name'Fuwen epidemic'to summarize this kind of latent,infectious and heat-toxic epidemic,and based on the basic theory of the evil hiding membrane,by expounding the pathogenetic process of the epidemic and pathogenesis,further explore the prevention and treatment of the epidemic.The article discusses that the onset of warm evil has nothing to do with the six evils signs,and proposes to pay attention to the diagnosis and treatment of the first and last two ends of the warm epidemic,and discusses the three methods of avoidance,collapse and search in the three aspects of'staying away from epidemic when health''evil hiding in membrane'and'evil staying at membrane',which enriches the theoretical content of the prevention and treatment of the epidemic,and provides some experience for later doctors in the process of preventing and controlling such epidemics.
