"扶正解毒"诊治新发重大疫病理论探析

摘要
"扶正"疗法治疗疫病由来已久,常作为疾病新发传染病后期的主要治法.文章从疫病发生的机理以及正邪相争的角度出发,进一步探讨"扶正"的时机和作用机制.文章还总结了新型冠状病毒感染的证候规律和临床特征,凝练出"扶正解毒""早期扶正,全程扶正"的治疗原则,为新发重大疫病的治疗提供新的思路,具有一定的临床指导意义.
Abstract
The treatment of'supporting the positive and detoxification'has a long history in the treatment of epidemic diseases,and it is commonly used as the main treatment during the epidemic period of new infectious diseases,in favour of extensive application in the later stage of the disease.From the point of view of the mechanism of epidemics as well as the competition between good and evil,the timing and mechanism of'supporting the positive and detoxification'need to be further explored.This paper summarises the pattern of symptoms and clinical features of new coronavirus infections,and proposed the treatment principles of'supporting the positive and detoxification'and'supporting the positive in the early stage,and supporting the positive throughout the whole process',which provide new ideas for the treatment of new major epidemics,and are of certain clinical significance.
