呼吸系统疾病病证结合动物模型的研究进展

中医药在治疗呼吸系统疾病方面取得较好疗效,辨证论治是中医诊治疾病的精髓,为"讲清楚,说明白"中医药疗效和机制,病证结合动物模型至关重要.文章基于相关文献,就肺炎、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化等病证结合动物模型进行总结,发现同一证型模型建立原则基本一致,例如脾虚证模型以饮食不节或脾胃不和为原则,寒饮蕴肺以寒冷刺激为原则,但也发现一些问题,如部分中医证候模型的建立无直接的中医理论依据、模型成功的评价缺乏有力的证据支撑等.同时提出模型建立方法上应以中医理论为指导,评价体系上应从宏观与微观相结合,做到病与证、证候间、干预效应等多重比较,如此可能阐释病证结合动物模型的可靠性.
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has beneficial effect in the treatment of respiratory diseases.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is a characteristic of TCM diagnosis and treatment.In order to make the efficacy and mechanism of TCM clear,it is very important to build suitable animal models of combination of disease and syndrome.Based on relevant literature,this article summarized the characteristic of animal models of pneumonia,bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary fibrosis,and found that the principles of establishing animal models of integrated disease and symptom are basically the same.For example,the animal model of spleen deficiency syndrome is based on the principle of poor diet or disharmony of the spleen and stomach,and the syndrome of cold fluid in the lung is based on cold stimulation.However,some problems were found,such as some TCM models were lack of direct TCM theoretical basis and lack of evaluation system for model success.It was also suggested that the model establishment method should be guided by TCM theory,and the evaluation system should combine macroscopic and microscopic aspects,so as to achieve multiple comparisons between disease and syndrome,between syndrome and symptoms,and the effects of intervention,so that the reliability of animal models combining disease and syndrome could be explained.
