艾灸抗衰老在细胞水平的研究进展

摘要
中医古籍中记载艾灸具有培补元气、延年益寿的作用,现代临床研究和动物实验均表明艾灸具有延缓衰老作用,但目前艾灸在细胞水平抗衰老相关机制阐释不够系统全面.文章对有关艾灸在细胞水平抗衰老的相关机制文献进行分析,总结发现艾灸在细胞水平具有改善细胞增殖,抑制细胞凋亡,改善细胞形态结构、内质网应激、线粒体功能等特点.艾灸在细胞水平影响自然衰老进程值得进一步研究,为临床应用艾灸对抗衰老提供科学依据.
Abstract
Ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine recorded that moxibustion has the effect of nourishing vitality and prolonging life.Modem clinical studies and animal experiments show that moxibustion has the effect of anti-aging but the interpretation of anti-aging mechanism of moxibustion at the cellular level was not systematic and comprehensive so far.This essay analyzes the literature and experiments of moxibustion anti-aging mechanism,concluding that moxibustion can improve cell proliferation,inhibit cell apoptosis,improve cell morphology and structure,improve endoplasmic reticulum stress and improve mitochondrial function at cell level.The effect of moxibustion on the natural aging process at the cellular level is worthy to further study,which provides scientific basis for clinical application of moxibustion against aging.
