中药活性成分治疗多发性骨髓瘤的研究进展

摘要
随着蛋白酶体抑制剂、免疫调节剂和单克隆抗体等临床新药的不断问世,多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者的生存较前有了较大改善,但MM仍然是一种不可治愈性的血液肿瘤,其发病机制仍然不明,同时也面临难治、耐药等诸多问题,因此一些新的、更加有效的治疗方法仍是重要的临床需求.近年来中医药技术在促进MM细胞凋亡,抑制细胞增殖、侵袭,提高传统化疗药物的敏感性、逆转耐药等方面表现出较大的优势和潜力,尤其对中药活性成分的作用研究成为热点,相关研究不断增加,开发应用前景广阔.文章综述了近年来中药姜黄、黄芩、藤黄、淫羊藿、冬凌草、青蒿、雷公藤等其活性成分干预MM作用机制的研究进展,以期进一步明确中药活性成分抗MM的作用机制,为中医药靶向治疗MM提供新的方向.
Abstract
With the advent of new clinical drugs such as proteasome inhibitors,immunomodulators and monoclonal antibodies,the survival of patients with multiple myeloma(MM)has been greatly improved.However,MM is still an incurable hematologic tumor,its pathogenesis is still unknown,and it also faces many problems such as difficult treatment and drug resistance.Therefore,some new and more effective treatment methods are still important clinical needs.In recent years,Chinese medicine technology has shown great advantages and potential in promoting multiple myeloma cell apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation and invasion,improving the sensitivity of traditional chemotherapy drugs,reversing drug resistance,etc.In particular,the study on the effect of effective chemical components of Chinese medicine has become a hot spot,and relevant studies have been increasing,and the development and application prospects are broad.In this paper,we reviewed the recent years'research progress on the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)active components such as turmeric,scutellaria,garcinia,Herba oryzae,Artemisia artemisia and tripterygium wilfordii in the intervention of multiple myeloma,in order to further clarify the mechanism of action of TCM active components against MM and provide a new direction for TCM targeted treatment of MM.
