摘要
中药山茱萸是山茱萸的干燥成熟果肉,化学活性成分主要包括环烯醚萜苷类、鞣质类、黄酮类、三萜类、有机酸及其酯类、多糖类等.随着对其药理作用的深入研究,山茱萸及其提取物已被证实具有保护心脏、保护神经、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗炎、镇痛、抗骨质疏松、抗健忘、抗抑郁和免疫调节的功效.对山茱萸及其提取物抗肿瘤作用的分子机制研究表明,山茱萸及其提取物可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、阻滞细胞周期、影响信号通路、调节机体免疫等多种途径发挥抗肿瘤作用.文章将山茱萸及其提取物的抗肿瘤作用机制研究进行归纳整理,以期能为山茱萸及其提取物抗肿瘤治疗提供相应的理论依据.
Abstract
Cornus officinalis is the dried and mature pulp of cornus officinalis.The chemical active components of cornus officinalis mainly include iridoid glycosides,tannins,flavonoids,triterpenoids,organic acids and their esters,and polysaccharides.With the in-depth study of its pharmacological effects,Cornus officinalis and its extracts have been confirmed to have the effects of protecting the heart,protecting nerves,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-osteoporosis,anti-amnesia,anti-depression and immune regulation.Studies on the molecular mechanism of the anti-tumor effects of Cornus officinalis and its extracts show that Cornus officinalis and its extracts can induce apoptosis of tumor cells,inhibit proliferation of tumor cells,block cell cycle,affect signal pathway,regulate immunity and so on.In this review,the anti-tumor mechanism of Cornus officinalis and its extracts is summarized,in order to provide theoretical basis for the anti-tumor treatment of Cornus officinalis and its extracts.
