摘要

糖脂代谢紊乱是多种代谢性疾病的核心病理机制,其相关疾病的发病率逐年升高,严重威胁着人类的生命健康.黄精作为我国传统常用中药,具有养阴润肺、补脾益气、滋肾填精等功效.黄精的主要化学成分为多糖、皂苷和黄酮,可通过降低胰岛素抵抗、调节肠道菌群结构、增强免疫细胞活性、改善线粒体功能等多途径、多靶点地对糖脂代谢紊乱相关疾病起到防治作用.文章系统地对中药黄精治疗糖脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的药理作用及作用机制进行综述,以期为其功能性药物的研发提供理论依据.

Abstract

The disorder of glycolipid metabolism is the core pathological mechanism of many metabolic diseases.The incidence rate of its related diseases is increasing year by year,which seriously threatens human life and health.As a traditional and commonly used Chinese medicine,Poligonati Rhizoma has the effects of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs,invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing the kidney and filling essence.The main chemical components of Poligonati Rhizoma are polysaccharides,saponins and flavonoids,which can prevent and treat diseases related to glycolipid metabolism disorders through multiple pathways and targets,such as reducing insulin resistance,regulating intestinal flora structure,enhancing immune cell activity,and improving mitochondrial function.This article systematically reviews the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine Poligonati Rhizoma in the treatment of diseases related to glycolipid metabolism disorders,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of its functional drugs.
