补中益气汤对慢性疲劳综合征大鼠肠道菌群结构及胃肠功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨补中益气汤对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠肠道菌群结构及胃肠功能的影响.方法:取30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、治疗组,每组10只,予以对应干预.检测肠道菌群;测定大鼠小肠推进率,观察结肠组织病理改变以及血浆中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平.结果:与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠OTUs数、Chao1指数、Shannon指数和基于丰度的覆盖估计值(ACE)指数显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),Simpson指数显著降低(P<0.01),结肠组织病理改变减轻,小肠推进率和血浆MTL、GAS水平升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),血浆VIP水平显著降低(P<0.01).结论:补中益气汤可提高CFS大鼠肠道菌群丰度及多样性,增加肠道有益菌生长,抑制有害菌生长,改善大鼠胃肠功能.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on intestinal flora structure and gastrointestinal function in rats with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group and treatment group for corresponding interventions,10 in each group.The intestinal flora of rats was detected.The intestinal propulsion rate of rats was measured,the pathological changes of colon tissue and the plasma levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)were observed.Results:Compared with the model group,the number of OTUs,Chao1 index,Shannon index and abundance-based coverage estimator(ACE)index of rats in treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),Simpson index was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the pathological changes of colon were improved,intestinal propulsion rate,plasma MTL and GAS levels were increased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and plasma VIP level was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can increase the abundance and diversity of intestinal flora in CFS rats,increase the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract,inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,and improve the gastrointestinal function of rats.
