To further study the pathogenesis and treatment of recurrent liver cancer,it is necessary to construct animal models that highly match the clinical manifestations of recurrent liver cancer.Based on the clinical disease characteristics of recurrent liver cancer in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and referring to the current clinical diagnosis criteria, this paper analyzes and arranges the existing animal models of recurrent liver cancer, and evaluates the diagnostic criteria and clinical anastomosis of animal models of recurrent liver cancer. The results show that the liver cancer recurrence model after liver resection and combined immunosuppressive liver cancer recurrence model have a high clinical anastomosis, and the latter has short experimental period and moderate price, which is a more scientific animal model. At present, there are few animal models of recurrent liver cancer combined with TCM syndrome modeling, and the existing modeling methods are not consistent with TCM,which is difficult to reflect the pathogenic factors of TCM and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation. Therefore, future research should focus on the construction of accurate and standardized animal models of recurrent liver cancer combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and improve its evaluation criteria. This article intends to provide some reference and guidance for the discovery and screening animal models of recurrent liver cancer combined with syndrome.
