Objective:To explore the distribution law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in perimenopausal anxiety patients.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted for patients who attended the menopausal characteristic outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to January 2022,including the general condition questionnaire,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),social support rating scale(SSRS),perimenopausal TCM symptoms and signs questionnaire,and statistical analysis was carried out by symptom cluster analysis,Kruskal-Wallis H test,Pearson correlation analysis and other methods.Results:Among the 859 perimenopausal women,513 patients were anxious,of which mild anxiety accounted for the highest proportion of 61.6%(316/513);The distribution of TCM symptoms was 193 cases(37.6%)of renal deficiency and liver depression type,123 cases(24.0%)of liver depression fire type,112 cases(21.8%)of heart and kidney incompatibility type,and 85 cases of liver and spleen deficiency(16.6%),which were statistically significant with different degrees of anxiety scores(P<0.01).Conclusion:Perimenopausal women are often accompanied by anxiety,and the main symptoms are renal deficiency and liver depression type.
