隔药饼灸操作规范中的影响因素

摘要
目的:对隔药饼灸现行标准中未有详细说明的赋形剂、调和剂、降温措施等与治疗效果密切相关的影响因素进行观察研究.方法:将不同比例赋形剂与药粉混合制成药饼,比较药饼的性状;在其他条件相同的情况下,分别采用不同的调和剂及降温措施,用温度记录仪记录施灸过程中温度的变化,比较相应的指标.结果:药饼的制作需添加赋形剂,且药粉与赋形剂的比例为1∶1时制作的药饼性状最佳;不同调和剂对施灸总时长的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同调和剂下每壮的最高温均有显著性差异(P<0.01);是否采取降温措施对温度持续在43~48℃的时长有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:隔药饼灸药饼的制作需添加赋形剂,推荐比例为药粉:赋形剂=1∶1;在调和剂的选择上推荐姜汁或黄酒;在施灸过程中,建议考虑加入适当的降温措施.
Abstract
Objective:To observe and study the influencing factors closely related to the therapeutic effect,such as excipients,concoctions and cooling measures,which are not detailed in the current standard of cake separated moxibustion.Methods:Different proportions of excipients and powder were mixed to make medicine cake,and the characteristics of medicine cake were compared;Under the same other conditions,the temperature changes in the process of moxibustion were recorded with a temperature recorder and the corresponding indicators were compared by using different mixing agents and cooling measures.Results:Excipients should be added in the preparation of drug cake,and the best drug cake was prepared when the ratio of drug powder to excipients was 1∶1;The difference in the total duration of moxibustion application between different blending agents was statistically significant(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the highest temperature per Zhuang under different blending agents(P<0.01);Whether or not to take cooling measures has a very significant difference in the duration of temperature between 43 ℃ and 48 ℃(P<0.01).Conclusion:Excipients should be added to the preparation of cake separated moxibustion cake,and the recommended proportion is powder:excipient=1∶1;Ginger juice or yellow rice wine is recommended for the selection of blending agents;In the process of moxibustion,it is suggested to consider adding appropriate cooling measures.
