秦昌遇熟谙运气理论并验之临床,认为五运六气无处不在,五脏六腑以应五运六气,创造性以运气命名疾病,提出运气胁痛、运气小便不利.秦昌遇基于运气理论分析病因病机,尤其重视燥火致病,或从司天在泉论、或运气相合论、或岁运与时令节序相参,并结合运气脉诊判定病位病性,指导立法施方.秦昌遇重视五运六气理论分析疫病,主张"宜推明运气之胜复以治之".
QIN Changyu,who was familiar with the theory of five circuits and six qi and had been tested clinically,thought that the five circuits and six qi were everywhere,and the internal organs should respond to the five circuits and six qi.He creatively named diseases after five circuits and six qi,and put forward that five circuits and six qi was threatening pain and five circuits and six qi was unfavorable for urination.Based on the theory of five circuits and six qi,QIN Changyu analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis,paying special attention to the pathogenic factors caused by dry fire,or from the theory of celestial manager qi in the earth,or the theory of coincidence of five circuits and six qi,or the combination of age and season,and combined with five circuits and six qi pulse diagnosis to determine the location of the disease and guide legislation and prescription.QIN Changyu attached importance to the theory of five circuits and six qi to analyze epidemic diseases,and advocated that'it was appropriate to explain the victory of five circuits and six qi and cure it'.
