By sorting out the relevant content of Laolao Hengyan,the influence of bedroom environment on sleep health in the elderly,from the perspective of sound,light,temperature and humidity is explored.Combined with the modem research,this paper expounds its scientific and practical significance.A bad bedroom environment not only affects sleep quality,but directly or indirectly harms to human health.Under the guidance of the traditional health concepts such as'achieve true peace of mind''activity with sunrise and rest with sunset''adjust the temperature according to the season',reasonable architectural design and applicable environmental improvement assistive devices are beneficial to improving the bedroom environment,promoting sleep quality and maintaining health.
