Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu plus Longmu Decoction in the treatment of emotional diseases based on the real world.Methods:A total of 124 patients with heat-depressed Shaoyang-type emotional diseases(depression,anxiety,insomnia)were selected and divided into treatment group(66 cases)and control group(58 cases)according to their will.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu plus Longmu Decoction,while the control group was treated with the corresponding medicine according to the clinical treatment guidelines combined with individual patients.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The two groups were matched using propensity score method,and finally 46 pairs were matched successfully.The HAMD,HAMA,PSQI,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The markedly effective rate of the clinical effecacy and the total effective rate and markedly effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,the scores of HAMD,HAMA,PSQI and total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly decreased than those in the control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of upset,tension,cold and heat disorder,chest fullness,dry and bitter mouth and poor appetite(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longmu Decoction is effective in the treatment of emotional diseases,which can effectively reduce the degree of depression,anxiety and insomnia,and improve the syndrome of heat-depressed Shaoyang.
