加味芍药甘草汤治疗原发性不宁腿综合征的临床疗效观察

目的:观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗原发性不宁腿综合征(RLS)的临床疗效.方法:将2020年6月-2022年4月就诊于重庆市中医院的69例原发性RLS患者随机分为西药对照组、中药治疗组和中西结合治疗组,各23例.治疗前后进行国际不宁腿综合征评分量表(IRLS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、失眠严重指数(ISI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和安全性评价.结果:治疗后,中西结合组IRLS和PSQI总分显著降低(P＜0.05),中药治疗组改善不宁腿严重程度和日间功能效果最佳(P＜0.01).3组受试者治疗后ISI、SAS、SDS评分均下降,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).3组受试者治疗后总有效率中西结合组[86.96％(20/23)]较西药对照组[60.87％(14/23)]显著升高(P＜0.05).治疗过程中未见不良反应.结论:加味芍药甘草汤及盐酸普拉克索片联合使用治疗原发性RLS优于单用西药,且安全性高,值得临床推广.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modifed Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on primary restless legs syndrome(RLS).Methods:A total of 69 patients with primary RLS from June 2020 to April 2022 in Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Western medicine control group,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group,23 cases in each group.IRLS,PSQI,ISI,SAS,SDS were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total scores of IRLS and PSQI in the integrated group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effect of Chinese herbal medicine treatment group was the best in improving the severity of restless legs and daytime function(P＜0.01).The scores of ISI,SAS and SDS in the three groups were decreased after treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the control group[86.96％(20/23)vs 60.87％(14/23),P＜0.05].No adverse reaction was observed during the treatment.Conclusion:The combination of Modifed Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and Prakke hydrochloride tablets is better than Western medicine alone in the treatment of primary RLS.It is higher safety and worthy of clinical promotion.
