Objective:To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation and acupuncture in patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 54 stroke hemiplegia patients were selected from July 2019 to September 2020 in Yunyang District of Shiyan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were divided into conventional group and research group according to the random number method,27 cases in each group.The rehabilitation treatment was conducted in the conventional group,while the acupuncture treatment was conducted in the research group on the basis of conventional group.The movement function,life ability change,overall curative effect,upper and lower limb FMA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After 2 and 3 months of treatment,the research group was significantly better than the conventional group on FMA score(P<0.01);After 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,the Barthel Score in the research group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05,P<0.01);After treatment,the overall curative effect in the research group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hemiplegia after stroke,early rehabilitation treatment and acupuncture rehabilitation intervention have positive significance for improving patients'ability of nerve and movement recovery function.
