Objective:To observe of the clinical effects of Sekankul Ointment on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 195 RA patients who visited Xinjiang Uyghur Medical Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected,who were treated with Sekankul Ointment of 10 g one time orally,twice a day on the basis of the diagnosis and treatment plan of Uighur medicine for RA.The serum indexs and clinical quantitative indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results:Compared with before the treatment,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor,anti-CCP antibody and each clinical quantitative index were signifcantly improved after the treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Sekankul Ointment has a better therapeutic effect on Astringent Balgam RA.Sekankul Ointment reduces the occurrence and development of bone destruction by regulating the immune response of the body and controlling the levels of inflammation related factors.
