关于民间中医特色诊疗技术临床验证若干问题的探讨

摘要
民间特色诊疗技术的临床验证,是客观评价一项民间技术价值的有效路径,既可为"中医医术确有专长人员医师资格考核"政策提供参考与借鉴,也可针对考核通过的民间技术,分出优劣仲伯,以求进一步规范及传承.关于民间特色技术临床验证工作,从田野调查法初筛以及专家评估法复审两个方面探讨如何控制待验证技术的质量,从技术验证前期、验证过程、验证后期3个方面探讨如何控制民间技术临床验证研究质量,从独特性、安全性、有效性3个方面探讨民间技术的评价验证.可为民间技术临床验证工作标准管理流程的制定提供参考,以保证验证结果的可靠性、客观性及科学性.
Abstract
The clinical verification of folk characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an effective way to objectively evaluate the value of folk technology.That not only can provide reference for the policy'doctor qualification examination for specialized personnel in TCM',but also can distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of the folk technology that has passed the assessment.It will be beneficial to further standardize and inherit folk technology.Regarding the clinical validation work of folk characteristic technology,how to control the quality of technology waiting to be validated is discussed from two aspects:preliminary screening with field investigation method and review with expert evaluation method,and how to control the quality of clinical validation research of folk technology is discussed from three aspects:early stage,process and late stage of technical validation.Three key elements of the evaluation and verification of folk technology are discussed from three aspects:uniqueness,safety and effectiveness.That can provide reference to formulate the standard management process of clinical validation of folk technology of TCM,so as to ensure the reliability,objectivity and scientificity of verification results.
