对复杂舌象的思考

摘要
舌诊是辨识生命健康状态、探究疾病本质属性的重要手段.由于受到苔质变化存在时间差、苔质关联脏腑不同以及非病理性因素干扰影响,临证时常可见舌质与舌苔主病不相一致,甚至相互矛盾的复杂舌象.这类舌象能够客观反映机体复杂疾病状态,对于准确认识病变本质具有不容忽视的诊断意义.笔者认为,通过认清苔质反映重点,强调苔质合参、重视"独处之奸",慎重取舍苔质、注意排除干扰因素,动态观察舌象,有益于准确辨析复杂舌象所隐藏的中医诊断意义.在整体观念指导下,运用人工智能技术全面、动态采集复杂舌象的苔质图像信息,综合分析其蕴含的中医内涵,是目前中医舌诊研究领域亟需强化之处.
Abstract
Tongue diagnosis is an important means to identify life and health conditions and explore the essential attributes of diseases.Due to the time difference of coating character changes,different coating character-related organs,and non-pathological factors interference,it is often seen that the tongue quality is inconsistent with the main disease of tongue coating,and even contradictory complex tongue manifestations.This kind of tongue manifestations can objectively reflect the complex disease state of the body,and has diagnostic significance that cannot be ignored for accurately understanding the nature of the lesion.The author believes that by recognizing the key points of tongue coating and tongue quality reflection,emphasizing the combination of tongue coating and tongue quality,attaching importance to'solitary adultery',carefully choosing tongue coating and tongue quality,paying attention to eliminating interference factors,and dynamically observing tongue manifestations,it is beneficial to accurately identify the hidden traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic significance of complex tongue manifestations.Under the guidance of the holism,the use of artificial intelligence technology to comprehensively and dynamically collect complex tongue coating and tongue quality image information,and comprehensively analyze its connotations of traditional Chinese medicine is an urgent need to strengthen the research on tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
