Analysis on health preservation thought of Huo Ren Shi Zheng Fang(the first and second collections)
Huo Ren Shi Zheng Fang(the first and second collections),authored by LIU Xinfu,was an influential medical aborigine in the Southern Song dynasty.The book records various practical prescriptions in daily life,including a large number of health prescriptions,not only in the form of rhyme,but also a wide range of sources,reflecting the characteristics of confucianism.By studying the text of Huo Ren Shi Zheng Fang(the first and second collections),we can find its ideological characteristics of attaching importance to herb,dao yin and xing qi,personal hygiene and appearance modification.Through textual research on the authors and books of Huo Ren Shi Zheng Fang(the first and second collections),this paper grasps its health preservation thought under the background of the combination of medicine and confucianism.
