基于中医内科学疾病定义模式探析其本质规律

摘要
定义是厘清概念、促进交流的重要工具,还反映了人们对事物的认识程度.中医内科学中对疾病的定义模式采用了逻辑学"属加种差"的方法,这种模式中主症作为不同疾病间唯一区别或主要区别,这与中医对"病""证""症"三者关系认识相矛盾.通过对中医内科学疾病定义模式的分析,可以认为主症、病因、病机、证候均不能成为疾病的本质属性用于区别不同疾病.中医应当加深疾病认识、挖掘疾病本质属性,完成定义模式的范式转换.
Abstract
Definition is an important work to clarify concepts and promote communication.It also reflects people's understanding of things.The definition model of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)internal medicine adopts the method of'genus plus species difference'in logic.In this model,the difference of main symptoms is the only difference or main difference between different diseases,which contradicts the understanding of'disease','syndrome'and'symptom'in TCM.Through the analysis of the disease definition mode of TCM internal medicine,it can be concluded that the main symptoms,causes,pathogenesis and syndromes cannot be the essential attributes of diseases to distinguish different diseases.TCM should deepen the understanding of diseases,excavate the essential attributes of diseases,and complete the paradigm transformation of the definition model.
