滞脉源于古代典籍医案,未得脉学专著正名,于近代被正式提出.文章结合古代医籍记载及近代医家阐述,追溯滞脉的历史渊源、辨析滞脉的脉象特征、探究滞脉的临床意义,并对滞脉的形成机制进行讨论,为滞脉的标准化研究做出探索,初步得出以下结论:滞脉的脉象特征即中取可应,按之方得,脉幅较小,脉管欠柔和,来去之势有黏滞、不畅快之感,至数多无异常;滞脉对提示诸病邪气导致的气机郁滞具有特异性诊断价值,值得学习研究;滞脉脉理的完善对当代中医脉学的发展有着特殊意义.
Analysis of the origin of stagnation pulse
Stagnation pulse originates from ancient medical records.It is formally put forward in modern times without the rectification of pulse monographs.Based on the records of ancient medical books and the elaboration of modern doctors,this paper traces the historical origin of stagnation pulse,analyzes the pulse characteristics of stagnation pulse,explores the clinical significance of stagnation pulse,discusses the formation mechanism of stagnation pulse,and explores the standardization of stagnation pulse.The following conclusions are drawn:the pulse characteristics of stagnation pulse can be taken from the middle,felt by pressing,the pulse amplitude is small,the pulse tube is not soft,the coming and going potential has a sense of stickiness and unhappiness,and there is no abnormality in most cases;stagnation pulse has specific diagnostic value for qi stagnation caused by pathogenic qi of various diseases,which is worthy of study and research.The improvement of stagnation pulse theory has special significance for the development of contemporary traditional Chinese medicine pulse.
