摘要
各经条文的归类是错简重订派医家重新编次条文的重要方式.除"三纲鼎立"说外,医家还有其他的归类方式,如太阳经的犯本证,阳明经的三阳明与在经在腑,少阴经的温经存阴、传经直中,厥阴经的阴阳变化,另立篇章中的别病和误治.多样的归类方式不仅是认识各经的框架,同时也是医家对秩序的重新构建,是突破了医家局限于对《伤寒论》某一症状或某一条文的辨证,展开基于六经的病位浅深、邪正虚实、阴阳变化等本质的探寻.
Abstract
The classification of the meridians is an important way for the doctors of the wrong compilation faction to re-compile the articles.In addition to the theory of'three cardinal principles',doctors also have other classification methods,such as the attack of the basics in Taiyang Jing,the three Yangming and the Zangfu in Yangming Jing,the two methods of warming and keeping yin,meridian transmissionin and directly attacking in the Shaoyin Jing,the changes of yin and yang in the Jueyin Jing,the different diseases and the wrong treatment in the other chapters.The various classification methods are not only the framework for understanding the meridians,but also the doctors'reconstruction of the order,which breaks through the doctors'limitation on the differentiation of a certain symptom or a certain article in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and explores the nature of the six classics,such as the depth of the disease position,the excess and deficiency of healthy qi and evil,and the changes of yin and yang.
