Elucidation on the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber in the treatment of liver cancer with the blood-stasis-toxin syndrome
The combination of blood stasis and toxin is one of the key pathological mechanisms for the occurrence and development of liver cancer.Resolving blood stasis and detoxification is one of the core treatment methods for treating the syndrome of blood-stasis-toxin in liver cancer.However,a single method of resolving blood stasis and detoxification is not comprehensive enough to treat the complex clinical liver cancer.Through the study of the main symptoms and concurrent symptoms of liver cancer,the author uses the relevant provisions in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber to explore the treatment of liver cancer based on the principles,laws,and medicines,four treatment strategies for liver cancer with the syndrome of blood-stasis-toxin have been summarized,namely'protecting the liver body,regulating and supplementing liver yin without causing blood stasis','regulating the liver and spleen,preventing transmission of changes and calming the five organs','resolving blood stasis and detoxification,clearing excess evil to achieve liver function',and'treating symptoms,considering the overall situation to include the pathogenesis',in order to provide theoretical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer with the syndrome of blood-stasis-toxin.
