西北汉代医简所见戍边医学研究述评

摘要
20世纪以来在我国西北地区出土了大量涉医简牍文书,为西北戍边医学研究提供了基础性文献.学术界对西北汉代医简的研究日趋深入,并取得了丰硕的成果.文章对戍边医学进行了界定,并将1个世纪以来戍边医学的发展分为起步阶段和发展阶段,从散见医简和简牍医书研究两个方面对发展阶段进行概述,同时对戍边医学研究进行评介;最后从建立简牍戍边医学资料库、加强戍边医学系统研究、深化相关学科之间的交叉与融合3个方面对戍边医学研究提出展望.
Abstract
Since the 20th century,a large number of medical bamboo slips unearthed in northwest China,have provided basic documents for the study of Northwest frontier medicine.The academic study on the Northwest Han dynasty medical bamboo slips briefs increasingly in-depth,and has achieved fruitful results.This article defines frontier medicine,divides the development of frontier medicine in the past century into initial stage and development stage,summarizes the development stage from the two aspects of the study of sporadic medical bamboo slips and medical bamboo slips,evaluates and introduces the research of frontier medicine.Finally,the author puts forward the prospect of the frontier medicine research from three aspects:the establishment of the database,the strengthening of the systematic study of frontier medicine,and the deepening of the cross and fusion of related disciplines.
