基于《傅青主女科》"胞胎系于带脉"探析从带脉论治复发性流产

摘要
复发性流产属于中医"滑胎""数堕胎"范畴,病因病机与母体之肾虚、气血虚弱、血瘀及胎元不健密切相关."胞胎系于带脉"源自《傅青主女科》,强调带脉与胞宫、胎元之间的密切联系.通过梳理总结傅青主调治带脉以助孕的学术思想及用药特色,并在此基础上探讨复发性流产的病机为"带脉不利,胞宫失养难负载;带脉无力,'胎胞'失约易堕落".结合临床实践,进一步提出在"预培其损"分阶段治疗的基础上,全程灵活辨带脉论治复发性流产的治疗理念,为中医药防治复发性流产、提高患者妊娠成功率、丰富生殖领域的中医药基础及临床研究提供一定思路.
Abstract
Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)belongs to the category of'slippery abortion'and'multiple abortion'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its etiology and pathogenesis are closely related to maternal kidney deficiency,qi and blood weakness,blood stasis and fetal element dysfunction.The phrase'fetal system is connected to Dai meridian'originates from FU Qingzhu Nvke,which emphasizes the close relationship between Dai meridian,the uterus and fetus.By analyzing and summarizing FU Qingzhu's academic thoughts on regulating the treatment of Dai meridian to assist pregnancy,along with his medication characteristics,this article discussed and analzed the etiology and pathogenesis of RSA as'if Dai meridian is obstructed,the uterus will be malnourished and unabled to support the fetus;if Dai meridian is too weak,the fetus will be unstabled and proned to miscarriage'.Based on these theories and combined with clinical practice,this article further illustrated the treatment concept,which attached the flexible identification of Dai meridian theory during the whole process of treatment in RSA on the basis of the'pre-cultivation of its damage'phased treatment.It provided some ideas for the prevention and treatment of RSA,improving the success rate of pregnancy,and enriching the basic and clinical research of TCM in the field of reproduction.
