刍论中医髓病内涵及病机

摘要
随着老龄化程度加深,脑、齿、骨等髓相关疾病日益成为影响老年人生活质量的重要疾病.但由于髓概念相对模糊,一直少有髓病的研究.文章从髓的概念剖析入手,明确髓病的内涵为髓的结构损伤和功能障碍,骨、脑病可以作为髓病外候出现,其病机以髓亏为主,或因精、血、液亏,髓失所养,或邪气内侵,跌扑损伤,饮食所伤或者情志不遂等原因,以致骨络髓府受损,髓无以化,从而为临床打破西医病种分类模式限制、形成髓病一体同治的系统方案奠定基础.
Abstract
With the deepening of aging,disease of marrow such as disease of brain,teeth and bone have increasingly become important diseases affecting the quality of life of the elderly.But the concept of marrow is relatively vague,so there are few researches on disease of marrow.This paper defines the disease of marrow as the structural damage and functional dysfunction of the marrow based on the analysis of the concept of marrow.Diseases of bone and brain can appear as the external symptoms of disease of marrow,and their pathogenesis is mainly due to deficiency of marrow,induced by the deficiency of jing,blood and fluid,or damage of bone collaterals and marrow fu due to the invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors,trauma,improper diet and emotional iencinsufficiency.Therefore,it lays a foundation for breaking the restriction of the classification mode of western medicine disease and forming a system program of integrated treatment of disease of marrow.
