从积聚源流论原发性肝癌的证治
Discussion on syndrome and treatment of primary liver cancer from the perspective of accumulation origin

摘要
原发性肝癌是威胁人民健康的重大疾病,目前防治形势较为严峻.具有五千年历史的中医药宝库中已积累了大量关于原发性肝癌的相关证治经验.通过对原发性肝癌的中医病名考究,笔者发现原发性肝癌与"积聚"更加贴合.从积聚的源流发展,总结历代文献对积聚的认识,整理归纳出积聚的辨治规律,其以三期分治为基本治则,扶正主以补气,祛邪不离化瘀,培补元气和消积破瘀为关键治法,这对原发性肝癌的证治具有重要的启迪作用,启示肝癌的中医临床治疗中尤应重视扶正化瘀、益气通络之法.
Abstract
Primary liver cancer(PLC)has become a major disease threat to people's health,and the current prevention and treatment situation is grim.The treasury of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with a history of 5 000 years has accumulated a lot of experience on the syndrome and treatment of PLC.By examining the Chinese medical name of PLC,the author found that PLC is more closely aligned with the'accumulation'.From the origin and development of accumulation,we summarized the understanding of accumulation in the literature of the past generations,sorted out and summarized the rule of differentiation and treatment of accumulation.Taking the three phases of treatment as the basic rule of treatment,the main purpose of supporting the positive is to replenish qi,and the elimination of evil is not separated from the elimination of blood stasis.Generally,the key treatment methods are always to reinforce the primordia qi and eliminate blood stasis,which has an important enlightenment effect on the syndrome and treatment of PLC and inspire that in the clinical treatment of PLC in TCM,we should pay special attention to the methods of reinforcing health qi,removing blood stasis,and replenishing qi and dredging collaterals.
