从少阴为枢论治糖尿病肾病

摘要
少阴为阴阳寒热气化之枢,枢机以畅通为要,若少阴枢机运转不利,津液气化失司、水火气机失其升降、阴阳敷布失常,三焦及周身脏腑失调,可出现全身水液代谢异常,发为糖尿病肾病.文章从调节少阴枢机进行阐述,针对"少阴为枢气化失常、水火阴阳失调、体内真元之火失养"三大少阴为枢紊乱进而形成的瘀血阻络、津亏内燥、水聚于内等病理状态,以"通阳化气祛瘀以运少阴之枢、养阴润燥以济少阴之枢、助阳逐水以温少阴之枢"治疗糖尿病肾病疗效较佳.
Abstract
Shaoyin is the pivot of yin and yang cold and heat gasification,the cardinal to smooth,if the Shaoyin cardinal operation is not good,body fluid gasification disorder,water fire qi machinery loss of its rise and fall,yin and yang dressing disorders,Sanjiao and viscera disorders,can appear abnormal body water and liquid metabolism,diabetes kidney disease.This paper elaborates on the regulation of Shaoyin cardinal,aiming at the pathological states of'Shaoyin is the mature gasifying disorder,the imbalance of water fire and yin yang and the loss of the true yuan fire in the body',which are the three major Shaoyin are the mature disorder and then formed by blood stasis blocking collages,internal dryness of fluid deficiency and water accumulation in the body.The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with'Tongyang,qi-removing stasis to transport Shaoyin,nourishing yin and moistening dryness to relieve Shaoyin,helping yang to expel water to warm Shaoyin'is effective.
