中医内证体察学是一门中医学与气功学相互交融的新兴学科,是中医学的重要组成部分.在孙思邈的养生方法中,包涵着孙思邈内证体察的思想与方法.文章首先归纳解析了孙思邈内证体察的4个方法:黄帝内视法、迎气法、禅观法和火存法.其次,总结了孙思邈内证体察方法的4个特点:以真修实悟为基础、以养生医疗为导向、以精神内守为根本和以形气神合为实质.认为孙思邈内证体察方法是宝贵的经验,对中医内证体察的创新发展具有着重要的启示和推动作用.
Analysis of SUN Simiao's method of the traditional Chinese medicine inward observation & examination
The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inward observation & examination is a newly-developing science integrated with TCM and Qigong and is a very important part of TCM.In SUN Simiao's health preservation method,it includes SUN Simiao's thought and method of the TCM inward observation & examination.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the four methods of SUN Simiao's inward observation & examination:Huangdi internal vision method,welcoming qi method,meditation method and fire imagine method.Secondly,this paper summarizes the four characteristics of SUN Simiao's inward observation & examination:Based on true cultivation and practical understanding,guided by health care,based on spiritual internal defense,and based on the combination of body,qi and spirit.This paper holds that SUN Simiao's inward observation& examination is a valuable experience,which plays an important role in enlightening and promoting the innovation and development of internal syndrome physical observation of TCM.
