基于中医气学理论探讨自噬在炎症性肠病中的作用

摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病率在全球持续快速升高,而其发病机制尚未明确.自噬与肠道菌群、机体免疫、遗传因素等IBD常见发病机制关系密切,是IBD相关研究的新视角.文章以中医气学理论为理论基础,现代研究结果为证据支撑,从IBD的发病因素、自噬的生物学特性、自噬在IBD发病中的作用、中医气学理论在IBD和自噬中的体现四大方面探讨了自噬在IBD中的作用,以期为自噬治疗IBD的研究及中医气学理论的发展提供更多的思路.
Abstract
The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)continues to rise rapidly around the world,and its pathogenesis remains unclear.Autophagy is closely related to the common pathogenesis of IBD,such as intestinal flora,body immunity and genetic factors,which is a new perspective for IBD related research.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)qi theory and supported by modem research results,this paper discussed the role of autophagy in IBD from four aspects:pathogenic factors of IBD,biological characteristics of autophagy,role of autophagy in the pathogenesis of IBD and manifestation of TCM qi theory in IBD and autophagy.In order to provide more ideas for the study of autophagy treatment of IBD and the development of TCM qi theory.
