Arrhythmia is a common clinical cardiovascular disease,with palpitation as the main clinical manifestation,and Chinese medicine often treats arrhythmia based on palpitation in clinical practice.Modem Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of arrhythmia is closely related to the elevation of qi of the five-Zang,which coincides with the connotation of'circular motion'.In this paper,the Chinese medicine mechanism of arrhythmia is elaborated from the perspective of qi ascending and descending of'the middle qi is like an axis,and the four dimensions are like a wheel'of circular motion,and the guiding ideology of'regulating the middle jiao,taking the four dimensions into consideration,transporting the axis and the wheel,and transporting the wheel to repeat the axis'is taken as the guiding ideology for the treatment of arrhythmia in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia.
