基于三角互证探讨国医大师吕仁和辨治糖尿病肾病的道术内涵

摘要
目的:运用三角互证法探讨吕仁和教授辨治糖尿病肾病的道术内涵.方法:以"访谈-文献-临床观察"对研究资料进行三角互证,多角度聚敛、差异矫正,提炼核心,搭建吕教授辨治糖尿病肾病的道术传承模型.结果:构建吕教授治疗糖尿病肾病"形神同调四步共治"模式:蓄精调气养神之未病防治、病-期-症-证结合之已病辨治、二五八方案之自我调治、仁爱服人之身心同治.结论:吕仁和教授以活血消癥散结、平补气血阴阳为糖尿病肾病的核心治法,形神同调四步共治模式是名医传承的重要道术内涵.
Abstract
Objective:To build the framework of TCM master LYu Renhe's Tao and Shu inheritance in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)based on the triangulation.Methods:A triangulation was carried out on the data of'interview,literature and clinical observation'and the outcomes were collected,complemented and differentiated,so as to construct professor LYU's Tao and Shu inheritance framework for the treatment of DN.Results:Professor LYU's'four-step-cotherapeutic model'of DN was constructed:preventing and treating the disease before it occurs by accumulating essence,regulating qi and nourishing the spirit,identifying and treating the disease when it has already occurred by combining the disease-phase-symptom-differentiation combination,self-regulation in the two-five-eight programme,and treating the disease together with the body and mind by loving and serving the patients.Conclusion:Professor LYU Renhe's core treatment of DN is to activate the blood,eliminate and dissipate the pathological products,and to replenish the qi,blood,yin and yang,and the four-step-cotherapeutic model is an important Tao and Shu inheritance from the famous doctor.
