国医大师潘敏求从脾胃论治食管癌经验

摘要
食管癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤之一,中医药治疗有着独特的优势.潘敏求教授从医五十余载,总结出其病位在食管,属脾胃所主,病机以脾胃亏虚为本,痰瘀毒结为标,病机传变在肝与肾;治疗上始终把握脾胃枢机之根本,以健脾理气、和胃降浊为主要治则,参用化痰、祛瘀、解毒,同时重视补脾疏肝、培补脾肾,灵活化裁,系统调治,以恢复脾胃功能,则气机调畅,生机得复.
Abstract
Esophageal cancer is one of the common digestive tract tumors in China,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment has unique advantages.Professor PAN Minqiu has been practicing medicine for 50 years,and concludes that esophageal cancer is located in the esophagus,which is dominated by the spleen and stomach,and the pathogenesis is based on the deficiency of the spleen and stomach,the sputum and stasis are the target,and the disease mechanism is transmitted in the liver and kidneys.In terms of treatment,he always grasps the root of the cardinal spleen and stomach,takes strengthening the spleen and regulating qi,and reducing stomach turbidity as the main treatment rules,combined with reducing phlegm,removing stasis and detoxifying and pays attention to replenishing the spleen and liver,cultivating the spleen and kidney,flexible tailoring,systematic regulation,to restore the function of the spleen and stomach,then the qi machine is smoothed and the vitality is restored.
