摘要
雄激素性脱发是临床常见的脱发类型,与遗传、免疫、环境等多因素相关,中医药辨证论治常获良效.四川文氏皮外科流派是中医皮科重要的学术流派之一,其认为本病多以先天禀赋不足、阴血亏虚为本,感受湿热之邪或嗜食辛辣肥甘为因,治法上以扶正祛邪为要,提出首重脾胃、脾肾同调、分期论治、内外同治等,强调治疗贵在坚持,配合饮食调摄,起卧有常,调畅情志,方见成效.
Abstract
Androgenic alopecia is the most frequent types of alopecia and is related to heredity,immune system,environment,and so on.It has achieved remarkable curative effect through syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.WENs'dermatology school in Sichuan is one of the important academic schools of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine.It is argued that its pathogenesis is insufficient natural endowment and yin and blood deficiency,feeling the evil of damp-heat,or eating spicy,fat and sweet food.In terms of therapeutic methods,we focus on strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,and put forward the principle of first emphasizing the harmony of spleen and stomach,spleen and kidney,treating by stages,and treating both internally and externally.Meanwhile,it is important to insist on treatment,coordinate with diet regulation,get up and rest regularly,and keep the mood smooth,so as to achieve results.
