摘要
郑玉玲教授基于中医气血津液及脏腑理论,结合多年临证经验,提出癌因性疲乏"虚""衰"之不同,其病机和病情程度不同,治疗原则、临床调护、转归预后各不相同."虚"指中气虚,以脾胃亏虚为主;"衰"为五脏衰,尤以"肾精衰"为主,表现为全身虚竭、元气耗损之证.虚为衰之始,衰为虚之渐.临床讲究"虚""衰"论治,针对"虚",郑玉玲教授提出以甘补中、食养为助;对"衰"提出以补肾为本,多法并重.
Abstract
Based on the theory of qi,blood,body fluids and zang-fu in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with years of clinical experience,professor ZHENG Yuling puts forward the difference between'deficiency'and'debilitation'of cancer related fatigue,the pathogenesis and the degree of disease are completely different,and the treatment principles,clinical adjustment and prognosis are different.'Deficiency'refers to middle qi deficiency,mainly spleen and stomach deficiency;'debilitation'refers to the five viscera decay,especially'kidney essence debilitation',manifested as whole body exhaustion,qi depletion.Deficiency is the beginning of debilitation,debilitation is the gradual deficiency.Clinical attention to'deficiency','debilitation'theory,for'deficiency',professor ZHENG Yuling proposes to supplement with sweet,food to assist;for'debilitation'proposes to tonify kidney as first,pay equal attention to multiple methods.
